We need you to join Team Wilder - a team of people taking action for nature and wildlife across the county that they care about; doers, movers, shakers, ambassadors, campaigners and changemakers.  Because only together can we bring about the change that nature needs.

Development should not come at the expense of our natural environment. All development, be it housing, commercial or infrastructure must be designed and delivered in a way that contributes to nature’s recovery, not its decline.

Whether you're a teacher, run a youth club, are part of the Guiding or Scouting movement, or just want to find some fun nature activities to do with your kids or grandkids, you've come to the right place! 

The Wilder Gardening group (originally the Gardening for Wildlife group) was formed to provide support for those already enjoying wildlife gardening as well as to encourage others. Wilder Gardening Champions are volunteers who will happily visit to give advice and guidance on how to create, develop or improve your wildlife garden. We also give talks to gardening and other related groups on any topics associated with wildlife gardening. We have been involved in helping schools develop their grounds to increase biodiversity and maximise the learning potential for the children. We organise a newsletter and occasional events for all our group members.
