Nextdoor Nature project
Thanks to £5 million funding across the UK from The National Lottery Heritage Fund, Nextdoor Nature will provide people with the advice and support they need to help nature on their doorstep, and leave a lasting natural legacy to mark the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.
Here in Somerset, we’re working in collaboration with local communities based in Yeovil and Taunton, to identify forgotten spaces that could be used to invite nature back into our urban and residential spaces!
Meet our Wilder Communities Officers
Patrick and Helen are our Wilder Communities Officers, funded by the Nextdoor Nature project.
