Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil our legal, administrative, and operational obligations. Any third-party processors (e.g., mailing houses) are required to follow the same standards.
Once the retention period has expired, data is securely deleted or archived.

| Volunteer applications & paperwork | Retained during application process, then transferred to active volunteer database or erased |
| Job applications | Unsuccessful candidates’ details will be erased after appointment |
| All retail orders | For 10 financial years for financial accountability |
| Complaints | For 5 years for statistical and trend analysis |
Data deletion
If you request the deletion of your personal data, we will anonymise your contact details and remove all personal information from our records of past communications.
