Our vision is for a Somerset wide nature recovery network creating more space for wildlife, benefiting everyone and playing its part in helping us reverse biodiversity loss and tackle the climate crisis. We want more space for nature nature, that is connected and protected through that network and managed positively for nature. And we want everyone to have the opportunity to experience nature, with at least 1 in 4 people taking action for nature’s recovery across Somerset as part of Team Wilder.

We have four priority landscape areas where we focus much of our nature recovery and community work. Outside of these core areas we work with our conservation and engagement partners across the county to connect these landscapes with other green spaces across the wider county and bring communities closer to nature, supporting them in taking action for it.  Click the links below to find out about some of our projects in these areas and then join Team Wilder to see how you can get involved!
