Being Present // Volunteering // Learning

Through this National Lottery Heritage Funded project, Plantlife deliver activities that aim to improve wellbeing including Forest bathing for adults/families and family woodland play/Forest School. Other activities such as volunteering and adult nature education sessions have wellbeing benefits. Some of the delivery is to groups/communities and other delivery is open access. Those interested in Forest Bathing in particular should get in touch.

Sessions take place in the south west region in many different woodlands. These may/may not be accessible. Woodlands are selected based on a combination of facilities and location. Groups with particular needs can be accommodated.
