Thanks to £5 million funding across the UK from The National Lottery Heritage Fund, Nextdoor Nature will provide people with the advice and support they need to help nature on their doorstep, and leave a lasting natural legacy to mark the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.

The first Somerset State of Nature report 2023 provides an important benchmark of how wildlife is faring across our county and follows the national State of Nature Report launched in September 2023.

With 66 stunning nature reserves there is something for everyone, from the levels and moors to the coast, come and explore Somerset today.
