The list below gives you a flavour of the events across Somerset that could help you get more active this January, whatever your starting point.
January events: to boost your wellbeing
Wild Memories: Nature and wildlife activities for anyone living with dementia or experiencing memory loss. Weekly sessions, run by Froglife. Taking place across various locations. Explore sessions taking place in various locations in Frome and at Vallis Farm.
Wellbeing in the Woods, Neroche Woodlanders: We bring people to the woods so that they can connect with others, find beauty in the nature around them, and help to look after the land and woods that so generously provide space, oxygen, and habitat for health. Our aim is that each person finds ways to connect with or make a relationship with the natural world, and that helps their health and that of the Earth.
