Spend the afternoon with Tilda Gibbs from The Somerset Wildlife Trust on Brean beach helping to make the beach a safer haven for wildlife and more beautiful place for visitors by taking part in a family beach clean.
On completion of the beach clean families will have an opportunity to create some environmental art on the beach or return to upstairs of The Cove Café to create a Christmas decoration made out of natural scavenged beach treasures!
Bring trugs or garden buckets, work gloves and even litter pickers (if you have them) – don’t worry we will have some available for children and adults if you don’t have any.
Wildlife Trust staff will give us a briefing on what to expect before we start
Bring warm layers, winter woollies and waterproofs and walking boots or even better wellingtons.
