30 Days Wild
The Wildlife Trust’s annual challenge – 30 Days Wild - kick started on 1st June and has been a huge success so far – thank you to everyone who has got involved. The challenge is all about taking a little bit of time every day to do something wild, whether it’s on a reserve, in your local green space or park or in your own back garden – there are so many ways you can do a random act of wildness. Making a lasting connection with nature is more important now than ever before as worrying declines in our physical and mental health are reported on a regular basis, but, the good news it, these trends can be reversed by getting outside in nature.
The deadline for signing up is 10th June, but whether you have signed up or not, take a look below for ideas of random acts of wildness – and don’t forget to share with us what you have been up to on Twitter and Facebook.
