Gill and Don's Wilder Open Garden raised vital funds for wildlife

Gill and Don invited their neighbours round for tea and cake, showed them the changes they’ve made for hedgehogs and other wildlife, and raised vital funds for wildlife at the same time.

How Gill and Don boosted the funds they raised

In addition to a donations jar and serving tea and cake to their neighbours, they placed a “Guess the name of the hedgehog” poster in their local Post Office, which brought the total they raised to £67.50! The village store was kind enough to donate some goodies for a prize, and they charged £1 a go.
