Charity place application form

Thanks to SomersetCycling.com, we have 12 free charity places for the Somerset 100, and we're looking for people to cycle for wildlife in aid of Somerset Wildlife Trust.

If your application is successful, you'll need to commit to raise a minimum of £100 to help us protect our wildlife and wild places. 

We'll support you every step of the way with fundraising tips and advice, and your own "Team Wilder" t-shirt as a thank you for reaching your fundraising target.

Please complete this application form with as much detail as possible to help us select our team.
