Somerset Wildlife Trust advises anyone making or updating a will to get in touch with a practising solicitor to assist with the correct wording.
If you have already made a will and would like to leave a gift to Somerset Wildlife Trust, you can do so by making a simple addition to your existing will. This is called a codicil. By adding this supplement to your will, you can include new instructions and delete old ones without having to go through the task of revoking the whole will. Please remember to quote Somerset Wildlife Trust and our registered charity number: 238372 to your solicitor or legal advisor.
If you have not already made a will, we advise you to see a solicitor or legal adviser. Although you will have to pay a fee, you will receive sound professional advice and can be sure that your wishes are achieved.
