Model Farm is a beautiful 4 acre garden that has been lovingly created in the last 7 years. Owners David and Roz planted 700 trees and a wild flower meadow as well as numerous stunning flower beds.

There is also a fabulous large wild life pond that they have created. It is impossible to imagine that this wildlife rich garden had once been a plain piece of agricultural land. On their Open Day, they have organised a plant sale, plus a display of Vintage  engines as well as  croquet on the lawn. A welcoming place for the whole family to enjoy.

Afternoon tea will be served by the Victorian  mansion. Picnic blankets will be supplied for those who would like to go and find a spot to settle in the garden.

Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a lead.

Suitable for those with limited mobility, but there are some grassy paths.

This event forms part of our Somerset's Wildlife Gardens initiative, for more information on other Somerset's Wildlife Garden events click here.
