Volunteering

There are lots of ways you can help nature in East Mendip if you have time to volunteer!

Local groups: We help East Mendip communities to organise conservation activities by providing advice, support and tools, as well as helping to run conservation volunteer days. If you are interested in getting involved you could volunteer with existing groups in Coleford (contact ) or Frome (contact ). Pippa would also be very keen to hear from you if you are interested in helping to set up a conservation group in your own community.

There are also several other regular groups that operate in area so plenty of opportunities to get out in the countryside, get some exercise and meet like-minded people. Find out how you can get involved here.
