Volunteer Minute Taker at our Taunton Office

We would love to hear from an experienced Minute Taker to support our PA, Sue Miles, in recording the content of the Trust’s Board Meetings (three times a year in different locations in Somerset) and other high level meetings depending on your availability. This role is an excellent way to learn more about the work of the Trust to protect wildlife in Somerset and could appeal to someone with minute-taking experience who would like to volunteer on an irregular basis.  Please see the full Role Outline, here

Volunteer Gardener at our Taunton Office

We are seeking one or two willing pairs of hands to spend a few hours a month to  help develop and maintain our garden at our Wellington Road office in Taunton.  We moved here in 2014 and the garden is only now starting to take shape.  We are keen to develop the space into a wildlife friendly environment.  We already have a pond and a number of bird feeders, but we would like to further transform the garden to grow bee- friendly plants as well as to make it attractive to visitors.   Also, if you would like to donate any seedlings or unwanted wildlife-friendly plants from your own gardens, we would love to hear from you later in the Spring.
