Local Area Groups
Somerset Wildlife Trust has seven established Local Area Groups. Each group is an integral part of the Somerset Wildlife Trust and has its own very active volunteer committee, helping to champion wildlife at a local level. Local Area Groups organise events such as walks and talks, all of which are open to both members and non-members of the Somerset Wildlife Trust.
Getting involved in your nearest Local Area Group is a great way to meet fellow nature lovers and learn about wildlife. There are often vacancies for committee members - browse the list below for details about your local group.
