Would you like to help shape the next phase of our successful and welcoming company that helps local Wildlife Trusts recruit invaluable new members? Interested in protecting the environment and giving something back?

Due to unprecedented 195% growth over the last 3 years, South West Wildlife Fundraising Limited (‘SWWFL’) has been supported with additional strategic investment from the Board for 2019-20.  Hence we’re appointing two highly-organised, self-motivated and resourceful sales Team Leaders to support our regional success in recruiting new members for their local Wildlife Trusts. Each Team Leader will join one of the two sub-regions consisting of 4 Wildlife Trusts. The Team Leader, reporting to Membership Sales Managers, will be responsible for supporting the recruitment, training and development of both new and existing recruiting staff - classroom based and in the field - for 3 days per week and for generating personal recruitment sales for 2 days each week.

SWWFL recruits, via face to face channels, across its 8 owning Wildlife Trust counties. We use good quality venues (such as retail stores, garden centres, tourist attractions, markets), corporate locations & events - booked by our specialist central Venues Team – to deliver our targeted new Trust members. The Team Leader roles represent a new, flexible resource to ensure that we can deliver the support and expertise to the areas which require it to ensure target achievement. This will require a confident, mature and flexible sales Team Leader who is used to working across different sales activities and geographical locations.

If you have a strong sales management and/or fundraising background, experience of direct sales, F2F channels and a strong personal sales or fundraising track record this rewarding role could be for you. We’ll reward with laptop & mobile, 22p per mile travel, 20 days annual leave + bank hols rising to 25 days, plus pension.
