Family Wildlife Club

 9th Mar 2011

Family Wildlife WatchLocal children learnt about the natural world at Ham Hill Wildlife Watch Club, organised by Somerset Wildlife Trust and supported by the Ham Hill rangers. The Ham Hill Watch Club is one of six clubs that Somerset Wildlife Trust organises across the county so families can explore nature together. Children and parents came along to the club where they learnt about nesting birds, made their own bird boxes, and explored Ham Hill looking for nests in trees. Wildlife Watch Club events are free and children must be accompanied by an adult. Upcoming events for The Ham Hill Watch Club are:

Woodland fun at Ham Hill Country Park on May 7th at 10am

Minibeast Madness at Ninesprings Country Park on July 2nd at 10am

Batty about bats at Chard Reservoir on September 10th at 7pm
