Join Somerset Wildlife Trust and the Somerset Ornithological Society for a family friendly morning of bird watching at Hankridge Farm in the heart of Taunton. Bird experts will be on hand to help you identify what you see and if you are lucky you might spot the elusive kingfisher that makes the area his home.


Bring binoculars if you have some and come dressed for being outside and wear suitable footwear. The event is free and booking is not required, just turn up on the day. Families are very welcome but children must be accompanied by an adult. The walk will last approximately 2 hours and will be over easy ground or on paths. Meet at the Odean cinema car park, Taunton.
