Simon King

Sorry this event is now fully booked

For our 50th Anniversary year we have an extra special event for our members, who are invited to spend an evening with Trust Patron Simon King, OBE. Using footage from the webcams taken at his Somerset home, Simon will talk about how he has turned his ten acres of pasture into a wildlife Eden. Simon is known for his presenting work on popular series such as Springwatch and Autumnwatch and has contributed memorable footage to some of the BBC’s most prestigious wildlife series including Blue Planet and Planet Earth.

Simon will be joined by President Stephen Moss, who will host the event. The event takes place at Queens College in Taunton on Saturday 22 November.

Annual General Meeting - 5.30pm
The event will begin with the AGM and include a report from Eve Tigwell, Chairman of Council. This is open to members only.
After the AGM, refreshments will be available.

Going Wild with Simon King - 7.30pm
In the evening Simon will talk about how three years of changed land management can turn ten acres of pasture into a wildlife Eden. This event is open to members and non-members so please do bring along friends and family.
