Photography Courses 2016

We will again be inviting beginner and more experienced photographers to join us on some of our nature reserves to improve their skills with our extremely popular photography courses.

Running in Spring and Summer 2016, the two-day weekend courses will be led by David Plummer who has been running courses for more than five years through Sussex Wildlife Trust and the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust.

Beginning Wildlife Photography: 11-12 June

Designed for both beginners and those who want a better understanding of how to use their equipment, the two-day course will provide the aspiring nature photographer with the competence and confidence to capture images beyond the ‘record’ shot. Delivered using a blend of classroom and practical sessions, the course will include:
Day one – Camera basics, manual control, manual metering and depth of field control.
Day two – Advanced metering and exposure compensation; aperture priority, composition, lenses and supports and ‘putting it all together’.

Course costs £180 (Inc. VAT)

Booking is essential, book your ticket here.

Next Steps in Wildlife Photography: 3-4 September
