A walk with Tony House and Simon Wiltshire (Biodiversity & Environmental Officer) round the largest working man-made hole in Europe - also a wildlife haven and nesting site for Peregrines, Ravens, Sparrowhawks and Buzzards and home to many other birds, butterflies, Otters and wildflowers.
Meet in Slait Hill Lane, Downhead, BA4 4LQ. 1.5 miles north of East Cranmore, off A361 (look for SWT signs). ST690457.
